Great Apple Store Genius Bar experience today!

1. iPhone X: Couldn’t update / restore / activate phone. I have had the phone since launch.
2. Second malfunctioning key on MacBook Pro (down arrow this time).

1. Turned out to be a hardware issue causing cascading issues. The Apple Pay sensor failed.
2. The key was failing.

1. Replaced iPhone X with new iPhone X.
2. Replaced the down arrow key.

Both problems are 100% solved and it was in record time! I wasn’t in there for much more than 40 min. 😃
